Marco graduated from the University of Padua in 2021 with a Master's degree in Industrial Chemistry. His thesis focused on developing core-shell bimetallic nanoparticles functionalised with graphene layers for HER and OER reactions. After working for a few years, Marco joined Lam's research group, wishing to deepen his knowledge in synthetic chemistry through a PhD programme. He is now investigating the electrochemical generation of highly reactive intermediates under unprecedented safe and practical conditions.
